You Need:
Base + top coat
Nail polish colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white)
Q-tip
A steady hand
Instructions:
Step 1 : Paint your base coat
Step 2 : Apply a thin strip of red, let dry
Step 3 : Follow right next to red with orange, let dry
Step 4 : Repeat the process for all colors of the rainbow
Step 5 : Carefully draw the cloud by dotting with a Q-tip
Step 6 : Apply top coat
